The Turtle Creek Property Watch Committee would like to inform you of the latest communication from the City of O’Fallon office of planning and development and the driving range property owners regarding current zoning. The first letter from the city dated 12/21/17 suggest a “moratorium” be placed by the City of O’Fallon on the property for up to six months while P & Z determines acceptable zoning for the property through an internal committee to be formed by the City of O’Fallon. The second letter dated 12/29/17 is from the property owners to the city requesting the “moratorium’ be withdrawn by the City of O’Fallon.
